The company operates as a fast-moving product studio, where product, marketing, data, and creative teams work closely to launch, test, and scale digital products. In recent years, the focus has shifted toward subscription-based business models with strong long-term unit economics.
As part of their next growth phase, our client is building a dedicated team to develop and scale web versions of their mobile products. That’s why we are looking for a Motion Designer / Marketing Artist to join this team.
What You’ll Do:
Create short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Develop UGC-style and direct-response creatives
Produce multiple variations for rapid testing
Own the creative process from concept to iteration
Optimize creatives based on performance metrics (CTR, CVR, retention)
Collaborate closely with UA, growth, and product teams
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in performance marketing motion design
Strong skills in After Effects (must-have), plus Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
Experience with short-form ad creatives for Meta / TikTok (YouTube is a plus)
Solid understanding of hook-first creatives, pacing, retention, and CTA flows
Experience with UGC-style and direct-response formats
Ability to work in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
Strong portfolio focused on conversion-driven work
Working Conditions:
