А Germany-based IT company with a global customer base and globally distributed remote workforce is looking for a Senior/Lead Frontend Developer to join their team! The company creates a digital companion solution to automate and optimize the insurance process. The product is now used by over 55,000 customers across Europe.
The company have been on the market for 5 years and continue to develop actively. Now due to the expansion of the team there are open positions for Senior/Lead Frontend Developers, in the development team of the main product of the company!
Main technologies: React (guys are also ready to see specialists with basic experience in vue, angular), typescript, redux + redux toolkit, styled-components, jest and storybook.
What will you do:
A lot of hands-on coding on challenging projects.
Mentoring our junior and mid-level developers.
Interviewing engineers and making hiring decisions.
Collaborating and communicating with other teams and departments.
Giving technical talks as well as running technical demos and workshops.
Proposing architectural changes using the RFC process.
What will you need:
Significant experience as a frontend engineer with strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
You can write performant, consistent, and accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript libraries (mostly React).
Experience using a component-oriented approach and thinking in a reusable way.
You can write clean, maintainable, and reusable code and make design decisions regarding the architecture of the services that you’ll be implementing.
You are familiar with modern CI/CD and developer tooling such as linters and testing frameworks.
Experience with static typing and code analysis.
