A globally distributed team is building a breakthrough layer in Ethereum’s execution stack — a trustless orderflow protocol designed for sub-second latency, TEE-enabled privacy, and full MEV/PBS compatibility. The protocol is already live on testnet and currently under audit with Sigma Prime. The stack is written in Go, and the work is deeply integrated with Ethereum execution clients. This is a first-of-its-kind approach to solving a long-standing challenge in Ethereum infrastructure — decentralizing orderflow while preserving performance, privacy, and neutrality. You’ll join a small team of experienced engineers and researchers, distributed from Portugal to the UAE and Australia.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement core components of the protocol • Integrate with Ethereum clients (Geth, Reth, Erigon) • Work on TEE-based execution and verifiable privacy • Collaborate on MEV/PBS compatibility and infra alignment • Contribute to protocol evolution and real-world deployment
We’re looking for:
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum internals and execution clients (e.g. Geth, Reth, Erigon) • Strong proficiency in Go • Background in low-level infrastructure or protocol engineering • Bonus: exposure to MEV, PBS, TEE, zk, rollups, or validator operations • Open to both senior ICs and engineers with leadership experience
What’s offered:
• Fully remote and async-friendly • Flexible schedule and high autonomy • Competitive compensation • Equity/token upside • Role with long-term impact and ownership
