🚀 Looking for a Product Owner for a leading international music service
The product is one of the largest in its niche, with an audience of ~10M MAU and a subscription-based business model. This is a CEO-1 role: direct collaboration with the CPO and full ownership of the product’s strategy and development.
Responsibilities: — Define and implement the product strategy — Lead a cross-functional team (~16 specialists) — Set tasks, prioritize the backlog, launch hypotheses and experiments — Balance user value with business growth — Hands-on involvement in processes: from idea to result
Requirements: — Experience with B2C products with million+ audiences (1M+ DAU/MAU) — Proven track record of product or revenue growth — Experience managing cross-functional teams (10+ people) — Fluent English (main working language) — Mandatory requirement - ability to read music notation (at least at a basic level) 🎼
Nice to have: — Experience with international products (especially US and Europe) — Work in startups or fast-growing companies
Conditions: — Location: Remote (EU time zones) — Employment format negotiable, depending on location (it is currently not possible to employ candidates based in Russia or Belarus only in case of relocation) — Opportunity to work on a product with a multi-million user base
