Актуальные вакансии Marketing
Our client is a profitable SaaS company building software for small service businesses in the US. The company has been on the market for over eight years and has funding to scale.

Paid acquisition is becoming a separate function with a single owner. Today some channels run in-house and some through an external contractor, and no one owns the total cost of acquisition. You will run the ad accounts yourself and own cost per trial across two products: a mature one with large budgets that needs precise buying, and a newer one launched in 2026 that is still looking for product-market and product-channel fit. You will report to leadership and work with an in-house creative producer and video production team.

What you'll do:

  • Run paid acquisition on Meta and Google: one channel hands-on, the other through an external contractor you manage and hold to targets.
  • Audit current Meta and Google campaigns, find what's broken and fix it.
  • Own paid creative: write briefs, test hooks and keep a steady iteration cadence with the in-house team.
  • Propose and test new paid channels such as TikTok Ads and Apple Search Ads, using minimal setups that give a clear signal.
  • Test new verticals and shut down what doesn't work.
  • Keep acquisition data reliable across AppsFlyer, Amplitude and BigQuery: attribution, tracking and conversion signals.
  • Set acquisition targets, plan budgets quarterly and report in business metrics, starting with cost per trial.
  • Work directly with C-level on growth and scaling strategy.

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years in performance marketing, including self-serve SaaS with a subscription model.
  • Hands-on Meta Ads experience: you work in the account yourself, not only through agencies. A strong Google specialist with solid Meta skills is also relevant.
  • Ownership of large budgets: you personally managed $100k+ per month in ad spend.
  • Work with the US market.
  • Focus on business metrics: CAC, LTV and payback period, not only CPC and CTR.
  • Hands-on analytics: you work with AppsFlyer, Amplitude, BigQuery or equivalents and can tell when the data is wrong. GA4 alone is not enough.
  • Experience managing an external traffic contractor: setting goals, reviewing results, escalating when numbers slip.
  • High ownership: you work without a perfect brief in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Fluent Russian and English B2+ with strong written skills.

Nice to have:

  • ASO or mobile acquisition alongside web.
  • Experience at early-stage companies (10–50 people).
  • Previous tests of TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads or other paid channels beyond Meta and Google.

What the company offers:

  • €7,000–8,000 gross per month.
  • Remote work from Europe with overlap with CET working hours.
  • Contractor agreement with payment in EUR.
  • Optional relocation to Cyprus with company support.
  • Paid professional courses and conferences, plus language courses.
  • MacBook and mobile devices for work.
  • Annual team offsite abroad.
