Актуальные вакансии Marketing
Our client is an international e-commerce platform for gaming services. Players buy services from vetted professional gamers, and the platform handles matching, quality and support end to end. A marketplace for in-game items runs alongside the main product. The company has operated for close to a decade, ranks among the market leaders in the US and Europe, and serves hundreds of thousands of users every month.

Marketing is moving in-house from agencies and freelancers. Google Ads drives a large share of revenue, and Microsoft Ads is a channel the company wants to grow. You will own paid search and work with the Head of User Acquisition and the CMO. As the channel grows, you can take on 1–2 PPC specialists and lead the direction.

What you'll do:

  • Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.
  • Build the paid search strategy around revenue, ROAS and CPA targets agreed with the Head of User Acquisition and the CMO.
  • Manage bidding, budgets and account structure for the US and EU markets.
  • Run keyword research, semantic expansion and negative keyword management.
  • Plan, run and scale A/B tests across ads, audiences and bidding strategies.
  • Diagnose performance shifts in GA4 and company dashboards, form hypotheses and act on them.
  • Grow Microsoft Ads from a small share of spend into a standalone channel.
  • Brief the in-house designer and developer on creatives and landing pages, and spot underperforming formats.
  • Optimise product feeds and remarketing.

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years of continuous hands-on work in Google Ads, including recent practice.
  • Experience with high-volume B2C products: e-commerce, marketplaces, digital goods, travel, subscriptions or online services.
  • Work with US and/or EU markets.
  • Ownership of large budgets: you made strategy and spend decisions yourself and can show the results.
  • Deep knowledge of account structure, match types, Smart Bidding (tROAS, tCPA, value-based bidding), auction mechanics and Quality Score.
  • Hands-on analytics: you work with GA4 (Explorations, funnels, attribution, e-commerce reports) and spreadsheets to find the cause of a drop and decide what to change.
  • Cases backed by numbers: budget, ROAS or CPA before and after, timeframe.
  • Focus on business metrics: revenue, ROAS, CPA, LTV and repeat purchases.
  • High ownership: you run the channel without reminders and act as the single point of contact for paid search.
  • Strong English: you write ad copy and work with English-speaking stakeholders. Russian is a plus, as most of the team is Russian-speaking.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Ads, especially launching or scaling it.
  • Experience in gaming or digital goods.
  • Experience managing PPC specialists or freelancers.
  • Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and product feed management.
  • Google Ads scripts, SQL or BI reporting.
  • Web and app marketing, cross-channel paid media.

What the company offers:

  • Competitive compensation in USD, discussed during the first interview with the recruiter.
  • Quarterly bonus of up to one monthly salary, tied to OKRs you set together with the CMO.
  • Fully remote work from anywhere. Team meetings start at 10:00 UTC+3, so you need overlap with that time zone.
  • Contractor agreement with payment in USD, EUR or crypto.
  • Flexible schedule, with results measured against quarterly goals.
  • 21 working days of paid vacation and 10 paid sick days per year.
  • Monthly health budget that rolls over.
  • 50% reimbursement of English lessons and support for professional courses.
  • Short decision paths and direct access to leadership.
  • Three interview stages and no take-home assignment.
  • A gaming culture with teammates for raids, arenas and casual sessions.
